The Services;
Our e-fulfilment operations work from purpose-built 6 store, mezzanine floors, fully equipped with all the most modern technology and handling equipment.
We can take your goods in and carefully store and look after them in low-cost high-bay storage systems and then open pick faces in our staff-friendly operating centres.
On receipt of your orders, we’ll pick, pack and despatch them using a professional delivery service.

We also provide added-value services, include branded packaging, over-labelling, inserting brochures and gift-wrapping.

Despatch is undertaken by our partner carriers or we are happy to work with your specialists, as required.

Reporting;
The status of individual orders can be tracked with our chosen partners and you can run management reports showing key performance indicators for the entire sales and distribution process.

Through the sales order platform or warehousing control systems we can give you full visibility and control of your products.

Stock Control;
From receipt of goods from your suppliers, we perform a range of services, from re-boxing to full quality assurance checks.

You can also use our returns management service. We check items, credit your customers where required, return goods to manufacturers for repair, or dispose of them using a certified stock destruction service, or we can put them on to a secondary market using our own in house stock disposal business.
